I haven’t posted new articles in quite awhile, but I want to let you know I’m still alive. I don’t delve much into my personal life here on LifeClever, but here’s the short story:
My partner and I broke up.
After five years, it feels like getting a divorce. I’ve had a rough year. And the past few months have been especially emotional, intense, and extremely complicated.
Good news: I have a new place of my own and slowly getting settled in. I’m feeling happier. I’m moving forward. And I have Internet and TV again. Thank god for Mad Men and True Blood.
Expect more from me soon.

True Blood is amazing and I’m going to be suffering from withdrawals when this season ends. I refuse to read the books since I’ve heard their so different from the show.
Hopefully, you can find more things to take your mind off the pain. Blogging, maybe?

Sorry to see you back in my bunch of RSS feeds under such painful circumstances. It’s a old chestnut but time really does heal – perhaps not completely – but with time and some distractions it will get better.

Hay Chanpory,
I know how you feel. I am going through the same thing. But remember to treat yourself and indulge. A krispy creme now and again is now harm and as for Madmen, well there are times when its in the ‘better then sex’ catagory along with Heroes.
God bless TV and good food! the great healers

I am sorry to hear that you broke up with your partner. It is very tough, especially when you are not immature and love is involved. When you say that you had a rough year, is this a reference to your financial stability or something else?
I dunno why couples break up when times get tough. During tough times, you are in need of one and other even more. Well sticking together in troubled times tells apart boys from men.
Anyway, I hated how Trueblood ended, so disappointing. Godrick had great potential (sucks that they killed that character) and Stackhouse didn’t do anything after all that big talk (about being heros) and preparation. The priests wife was hot and should come back.

There is life after hopefully you have discovered that. I read a wonderful book titled “Smart Cookies Don’t Crumble”. The chapter on divorce “Don’t Get Bitter Get Better” is awesome. Seventeen years later, I am fully aware the man did me a favor.
With Thanksgiving having just passed, I pray you have discovered many more things you have to be thankful for.
I enjoy your blog very much and look forward to your return. God Bless!
